Having access to both air and ocean shipping allows for more flexibility in servicing our clients: our ocean lead times are 7 to 21 days, while it normally takes 3 to 7 days to deliver merchandise by air.

Our clients, who require repair parts for American built trucks: Freightliner, Kenworth, International, Piterbilt, etc, can access special software which provides them with interactive schematic description of all major systems of the truck with the explanation of possible malfunctions as well as repair instructions.

Simply by entering a VIN number of the truck, our client can get a part number for any assembly or part which makes the process of placing an order both simple and convenient. This also helps us virtually eliminate ordering errors.

In addition to parts and accessories, we sell diagnostic equipment and software. Our mechanics can assist in correctly diagnosing a problem by phone or by Internet using Skype video conferencing service. If required by the client, our licensed technicians can be dispatched to client's location to deliver training or help in organizing repair operations. We also invite our clients to take part in public workshops held in Toronto, Canada, where you'd have an opportunity to meet and learn from leading experts on parts, automotive diagnostics and repair.

Our company is accredited and licensed to take part in automotive truck, trailer or specialty vehicle auctions held throughout North America. Upon request from our client, our customer service agents can make on-line purchases, arrange for shipping, disassembly (if required) and storage.

Our company can also supply vehicles with manufacturer's statement of origin (MSO). Upon placing an order our customer service agents can assist the clients in "building" the necessary configuration: anything from basic to top of the line vehicles based on the customer's need.
